Overall, my goal in treatment is to create an environment that feels both safe and challenging—safe enough to create sufficient comfort for you to reflect honestly about patterns that have held you back and challenging enough to allow you to break those patterns and achieve a greater range of possibilities in life. I view the treatment process as collaborative and interactive, where you are the expert on what you are thinking and feeling and I am your partner in helping to conceptualize and reformulate the material that comes up. It is through this collaborative process that I believe lasting change is accomplished.
