FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently an in-network provider for a few insurance companies, but these relationships change frequently, so please be sure to let me know if it is essential that you use your insurance for treatment. I am eligible as an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans and will work with you to make sure you maximize your out-of-network coverage.
What is your fee?
My fee is $300 for a 45-minute individual session and $350 for a 60-minute couples therapy session. I have a few slots reserved for a sliding scale fee, but please be sure to let me know if this is essential before scheduling an appointment as those slots are limited.
Will what we talk about remain confidential?
All material discussed in our sessions will remain confidential, subject to certain legal requirements to disclose in the case of the risk of suicide or harm to others or the suspicion of child sexual abuse. If you use insurance either on an in-network or out-of-network basis, you should be aware that certain confidential information might be demanded by the insurance company as a condition of reimbursement. All such disclosures will be discussed with you in advance.
